A highly driven personality, who drives improved project performance through innovative strategic source planning and leadership of team.
Based upon Paul’s experience of working for blue chip companies such as British Airways, Citibank, Morgan-Stanley, Chain IQ, Nissan and FCDO, ProcSpec use the experience gained in a wide diversity of work cultures in both the public and private sector, to enable and drive culture change.
This diverse background, with the experience gained enables the company to establish new directions and focuses on the effective delivery of goals, this along with Paul’s strong creative, leadership ability, aligned with his team building and strong communication skills.
